Al-Kalha Restaurant, since 1930, began operating in the Palestinian city of Jaffa, then moved to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and from there it moved to the rest of the Arab countries, including the State of Kuwait. Al-Kalha Restaurant is distinguished by serving Jordanian and Palestinian popular dishes and dishes, including hummus, fava beans, falafel, all kinds of fattah, fried egg dishes with olive oil, sambousek, and kibbeh. It also serves chicken musakhan and kofta. And arayes and all kinds of Arabic salads, such as fattoush, tabbouleh, and tahini salad..
